Processing of personal data in case of use of the contact form

If you enquire about our products and services using the contact form, we will work with the contact details you provide to us. These are name and surname, email address, telephone number and company name.

What is the reason?

We will contact you through them to make further arrangements for services.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on the Art. 6 1b GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process the personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.

II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data will stay with us.

We only process personal data within the European Union.

III. What else should you know?

We do not have an appointed data protection officer in our company.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
